We might not be able to jump on a plane and travel right now, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still experience the world.
Especially when there’s so much we can discover through food.
Every country has their own unique dishes, cuisine and flavour, developed over hundreds, even thousands of years.
It tells their story, shares their history and reveals their culture.
Which is why I’ve decided to travel the world in 80 plates.
Because let’s face it, it’s the best bit about travelling anyway.
Over the next however long, me and my momma are going to cook up a feast from different countries all around the world.
With every meal I’ll share with you some facts about the dish and it’s history.
So come travel the world with me.
